youre literally pretending to try and help me without actually helping me, or anyone for that matter. you think i havent done that?! i have 2 EA accounts i can access, and a 3rd that uses an email service that no longer gets used. every. single. process. you guys have in place is BS. "answer these 8 questions to verify your account, we wont tell you which ones are wrong or right, and if you fail to verify your account, you have to exit this chat, and go through this entire stupid process again to answer the questions again" W. no one can confirm how i was able to play titanfall 2 or battlefield V through my gamepass earlier this year, on this pc, on the EA desktop app. i never touched the app after i played it a couple times, and when i opened the app up again last week, Chuddogg92 was logged in, but that wasnt the linked EA account...
again, youre disgusting company you work for is stealing from me, along with countless others by taking a percentage from our xbox subscription, and we are not receiving services for it.
i was EXTREMELY looking forward to bf2042, but now i will not be purchasing it, and will never again support ea in any way.
edit: i do not give a rats [profanity removed] about my saved data on the EA account...i just want to be able to utilize the EAPlay portion of my gamepass and be able to play games i want to again, without having to subscribe to your service and give you MORE money. you should be able to verify my gamertag through microsoft, and if i tell you to unlink my gamertag, you unlink my [profanity removed] gamertag.
