unlinking old ps
hey y'all
i had my ea account connected on ps4 about 1 years ago now i use other ps account and cant unlink old ps account and can anyone help me woth that? (when i go to the connections of ea account there is other ps accounts but there is no section to unlink it)

If you need help unlinking your PlayStation accounts, then you should reach out to our live support team via the following link:

They can help you unlink your old PlayStation accounts. But note that you won't be able to link a new PlayStation account:

"An EA Account can only have one of each platform account linked at a time. This means that you can’t link an EA Account to two PlayStation™Network IDs, for example. Instead, you’ll need to create a new EA Account to link to your additional platform accounts."
So if you're looking to unlink with the intention of linking a new PlayStation account, you're better off creating a new EA account instead.
