It sounds like there's a file or piece of software that's causing you issues. You could try uninstalling whatever is causing issues, or if you're still having issues you could try a clean boot. That stops whatever background programs that could be causing issues from starting when you start your PC.

hello thanks for replying, how do i find what mslo64sys. is? i dont know much about computers, i just know basic stuff and playing apex, haha, thanks

That's partially why a clean boot is useful, as it can help you find out which program is causing your issues.
A google search is showing me that it's some sort of RGB software that's on your system. That might be where your problem is coming from.
