unlock legened

Hey, I got a bug with unlocking legend, i reinstalled the game and have the same issue, any help please!

    been having this issue since the legend came out, i thought by updating the game it will work, even i install it on steam and have the issue, tried on both steam and EA sport

    it's not clickable it keeps gray like it's locked

    What happens if you click Unlock Legend from this screen?

    Are you able to pick Alter at the start of a match?
