Unstable ping at the last few days PC-Version

Hello everyone!

I have in the last few days sometimes a unstable ping on the PC Version of Apex Legends. It's a up and down and it's not every round. I quit this game-lobby and in the next is everything fine again.

Or I start in a good game-lobby but later in the same game goes the ping again up and down with no reasons. The ping range is then 30-250ms

Every other game (not of EA) goes well. Overwatch for example or CS:GO. Zero problems. It's only Apex!

Has anyone the same problems? I contacted the EA support but they can't help me.

I think the server in general has a problem.

How is about you guys? Maybe someone can help me, or not :D

    I'll try to help with this. What troubleshooting steps did support already take you through? Also, do you use a wired or wireless connection? Thanks!

    Hello Aljo!

    Yesterday was everything fine. I played normal and ranked games. Today was it too but this last game hits the problem again.

    I think some guys are cheating in the lobby or your server are bad. (the last is always)

    I asked my team and they have the same problem with the unstable ping. So I'm not rly alone with this. Please contact Respawn! They need to check this out. That's not more normal.

    I think you can't rly help with that or you are the Server Admin ;D

    Without troubleshooting your connection, we can't rule out any issues with it. Let me know if you'd like to go through those steps. If you do, the first thing I need to know is if you are playing on a wired or wireless connection.
