hey sorry for the late reply. apex randomly worked for a couple days then it stopped. the links don't work so here is the dxdiag

After looking at your DxDiag I'm afraid your system is below the PC minimum requirements. Your GPU is slightly below the minimum of a Radeon HD 7730. I recommend clearing up some hard drive space on your C drive since it's also below, but I cannot guarantee you won't run into technical errors while trying playing the game.
- OS: 64-bit Windows 7
- CPU: Intel Core i3-6300 3.8GHz / AMD FX-4350 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Processor
- RAM: 6GB
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 / Radeon HD 7730
- GPU RAM: 1 GB
- HARD DRIVE: Minimum 22 GB of free space
