Update on lost items?

Hello!

I have been in contact with the support-team four times regarding my lost items in the merge. I haven´t received any feedback.

Can someone on the Community-team DM me regarding this?

This is in respons to lost Champion Edition-content, Apex Packs that has been deleted after merge, and Coins+Currency that is missing in my account!

Which platform(s) do you play on?

What is your EA ID (or Gamertag)?

What are some of the items you missing?

Were your platform accounts ever linked to a previous EA account?

Did you start playing on any platforms after Oct 26th, 2023?

* Plattforms: PS5, Xbox, Pc (Steam) and Nintendo Switch. Only PS5 stats and Items were merged.
* Ea Id: Heijer91
* Missing: Champions Edition-content, 60 Unopened Apex Packs (That were puchased on Xbox, Switch and Pc before the merge and deleted after it), Apex-Coins from Xbox (I have a screenshoot if you want in DM), Crafting Material from other Plattforms.
* Platforms only linked to a single EA-acoount
* No Platform starts after Oct 26th
