I uninstalled the origin client and re-installed it, now it seems to work.
Maybe you can try:1. De-install origin client via Windows System Settings.
2. Download the client again from here: https://www.origin.com/deu/en-us/store/download and re-install it
Important: You need to re-install the origin client, not the apex game.
