verification not popping up in email

While we can't help with account issues here on the forums, if you reach out to our live support team they can take a look at updating the email address for you.

i have checked everywhere and cant find a solution i want to try and change the email if you can do that for me

Is the email being routed to your spam or trash folders? If you have any other email addresses that you may have used, I'd recommend checking those too, just in case the emails are being sent there.
