@crepze21 If you've already got Apex running on the lowest settings and still are experiencing FPS drops, I'd recommend cleaning up the PC a bit.
- Disable startup apps
- Disable relaunch apps on startup
- Disable background apps
- Uninstall non-essential apps
- Install quality apps only
- Clean up hard drive space
- Use drive defragmentation
- Configure ReadyBoost
- Perform malware scan
- Install latest update
- Switch to high performance power plan
- Disable system visual effects
- Disable search indexing
- Increase page file size
- Reset device to factory defaults
