Code Leaf Errors on Console

Hi team,

My room-mate and I both game on xbox series s consoles and experience frequent code leaf errors. We live in Brisbane Australia and play on Sydney servers. 

We both have wired connections to the router. I have tried both wired and wireless connections as well as changing the dns settings as suggested for other people on this forum. I've tried a combination of things, many times over and have logged tickets to no avail. I have even upgraded my internet service and purchased an upgraded router, the errors always persist. 

Hoping someone has some suggestions or a fix for me. 

Also, not sure if related but it affects both my room-mate and I for the last season and a bit, we have been getting "profile is not permitted to play online" notifications at the home screen, but we can load through to the main lobby after pressing retry about 50 times.
