Voice Chat in game still not working (Xbox)

I fixed it:
You have to clear your MAC address for anyone else encountering this issue.
Settings> Network> Network settings > Advanced > Clear MAC address.
Restart your Xbox when prompted.

@jjburrito1234 Update: the issue now occurred on my second Xbox (a one X). Hard reset didn't work. Strange, as it was the other way around last week (working on the One X, and not on my series X). The strange thing is: my son on the Series X can hear me, AND the PlayStation player, but the PlayStation player can't hear me. The PlayStation player CAN hear my son on the Series X. Very strange issue.
