"waiting on player" case - banned account accused of cheating

I've already tried to contact an advisor to open a case - Its been about a week and I've have no response which is why I'm frustrated and trying to reach out for actual help here ☹️. I've already reached out on twitter they said open a case which I did - no response. And I can't live chat because it says my account is banned. This is awful, man

Can you please try one more time? The issue with your account can be resolved by an advisor. You just need to get one either on the phone, on chat, through Twitter or Facebook.

How do I live chat? As I said that option does not appeared because it says my account is suspended. 

Twitter told me to create a case and I messaged Facebook. No response and I'm sure they would tell me to create a case. 

What is EA's phone number I haven't tried phone yet?

When I look at thte case it says "waiting on player" why does it say "waiting on player?" 

I haven't been reached out by EA

Since you're in the US, you need to use the option for a callback. Can you resume one of your cases and see that as an option? Is it not there when you're creating the case? This is something you absolutely need to either talk to someone the phone or use live chat. You keep choosing email which is why this isn't getting handled.

same here im also on the same situation as you because 2 days ago my account just got banned out of the blue after me and my friend done playing on training (mostly having fun with 1v1) and we started to queue to trio well you know the whole story my account got banned literally out of nowhere. and the customer support (the TOS team) is just extremely irritating yet unprofessional how they still accused me of cheating because they confirmed from their proof and source when reality is not and still havent checked my problem carefully and now i got " It looks like your account, or the game account where you're trying to get help, broke our rules." after i want to see their proof and information about why i got banned in the first place which still doesnt broke any their tos and rules because i read carefully because this actually violation of GDPR for not giving personal data but lucky for them i dont live in eu so they just refuse

seriously look at my game stats does this look like a cheater to them and you? because i started playing apex again in season 5 (actually season 0 but rarely played until season 5) and keep playing until this happen
