We couldn't load your cloud data

Hello there,

since this morning, I could not enter the game as this was always popping out when I launch the game.

The first pop-out was "We Couldn't load your cloud data" and the next one was when exiting the launched game (Stuck at server lists  as I could not get into the lobby)

is saying that when I run the game, it will fix it, but I could not run the game as I could not even enter a lobby.

Please see the attached photos as these are the pop-out I am experiencing.

I hope you can fix this EA games. I can see similar posts under Fiba games.

    @SesameSozi have the exact same problem, seeing as you also have it, maybe its a server wide problem thing? if it helps or is significant, im in south east asia and play on taiwan singapore or tokyo servers

    same problem, tried switching to steam but I still cant get in.

    @SesameSoz I've tried almost everything to get the game running but still it wont let me get in any server at all.. i tried clearing the cache in my computer.... reseting the app..... uninstalling and installing.... nothing.....

    I am from the Philippines and I join those servers too. This must be a server-wide problem.

    I tried those as well. clearing cache, uninstall-install the game, and restarting my PC and router. No known fix.

    Playing in Asia servers too and i have the exact same problem ;-;
