Welcome Pass Bug

Playing on Xbox and am sitting at lvl 14 and having issues with the last welcome pass challenge not completing. I know I’m not the only one with this issue.

The challenge in question is “Level EVO shield to purple 2 times” I have done so more then 2 and it just will not complete at all and is the last Challenge in the welcome pass I need.

Ive closed the game fully and restarted, full powered off and on my Xbox and even did the less likely Clear persistent storage from blu-ray/disc as I have had issues cleared up doing so.

Just looking for a resolution or if others experienced the same and if EA are actively aware and fixing it. Thank you!
