6 years agoCan you try running a Windows System File Checker scan. I believe webio.dll is a system file, so so hopefully the scan will find and fix any issues.
Do do this, you can open an elevated command prompt and enter the following without quotes: "sfc /scannow"
To open an elevated command prompt, type "command" into your Windows search, then right-click the Command Prompt app and choose to Run as Administrator.

Something hasn't changed after the scan. I deleted the game, downloading it again.

Should work then. I had the same issue 2 days ago. Reinstalled origin and Apex...no probs now
