What did I get when I played APEX for 1200 hours?

Guys, this may be the last time I play APEX as I said, what do I get when I play 1200 hours and continue to support APEX by supplementing my salary by 20%?

I really don't know how you determined that my account was in violation of the law for absolutely no reason, I really don't know what you are investigating twice, just a simple statement of violation of your user agreement and you can't even provide evidence. You banned my account, I can create another small account, and if I want to use the violation to get a gaming experience, I can certainly use it again. But I don't want to. This account is an account that I have spent time and emotional investment to play the game. I am not using illegal tactics to gain additional gaming experience. If you're sure you want to permanently ban my account for this unfair detection mechanism, this impunity against true foreign plugin software, but a harsh attack on us regular players, then not playing the game is really no big deal.
S16s season brought players, at least for me, the worst experience to date, with plugins, bugs, and server issues not effectively managed, but real players being banned.
S16 is almost over, I really like the S16 pass ultimate skin, and now my account continues to be banned for a week, my pass level has been still at 91, I have been seriously affecting my own life lately because of this, I can't even sleep properly.
I really don't understand how I can play for over 1200 hours without any illegal actions and continue to support APEX and finally receive a banned account. I'm like a clown.
Finally, I thank APEX for all the fun I had and if my account had not been unbanned I would not have been able to start APEX again. if I had just played APEX for less than 100 hours I might have been able to start again.
All the hard work of collecting event skins and event medals and the 1200 hours spent on them resulted in a simple statement that you are in violation of the user agreement and you can't even provide proof!
What I got in the end was resignation, anger and disappointment with the APEX team. I've played many games since I was a kid, but none of them treated real players like APEX does.

If my account is not unlocked, I will never play APXE again!

I was taken aback and immediately changed my password and turned on 2FA. Unfortunately I got into the game and got kicked out saying my account was banned.
    1. My mailbox and steam anti-theft are very strict, so my account has not been stolen, my EA double verification is not turned on, I heard that some people will use some special software to attack these unauthenticated users, I am not sure , but that's the only way I can explain why my account was lost.
    2. I have not committed any violations. My kd0.7 rarely does qualifying matches, and in the early morning of the night before my account was banned, I used 100+ US dollars to participate in activities and exchange for family heirlooms. I didn't even use it much, my account was banned, how can EA pay for it?
    3. My steam has no violation record. I have played APEX for 690 hours and made a lot of consumption. I have no reason to spoil my account.

They actually successfully helped unban a player who actually used cheating software!
