What did I get when I played APEX for 1200 hours?

I really don't know how you determined that my account was in violation of the law for absolutely no reason, I really don't know what you are investigating twice, just a simple statement of violation of your user agreement and you can't even provide evidence. You banned my account, I can create another small account, and if I want to use the violation to get a gaming experience, I can certainly use it again. But I don't want to. This account is an account that I have spent time and emotional investment to play the game. I am not using illegal tactics to gain additional gaming experience. If you're sure you want to permanently ban my account for this unfair detection mechanism, this impunity against true foreign plugin software, but a harsh attack on us regular players, then not playing the game is really no big deal.
S16s season brought players, at least for me, the worst experience to date, with plugins, bugs, and server issues not effectively managed, but real players being banned.
S16 is almost over, I really like the S16 pass ultimate skin, and now my account continues to be banned for a week, my pass level has been still at 91, I have been seriously affecting my own life lately because of this, I can't even sleep properly.
I really don't understand how I can play for over 1200 hours without any illegal actions and continue to support APEX and finally receive a banned account. I'm like a clown.
Finally, I thank APEX for all the fun I had and if my account had not been unbanned I would not have been able to start APEX again. if I had just played APEX for less than 100 hours I might have been able to start again.
All the hard work of collecting event skins and event medals and the 1200 hours spent on them resulted in a simple statement that you are in violation of the user agreement and you can't even provide proof!
What I got in the end was resignation, anger and disappointment with the APEX team. I've played many games since I was a kid, but none of them treated real players like APEX does.
If my account is not unlocked, I will never play APXE again!
