What exactly caused my account to be mistakenly banned
I am writing to report that my account has been unfairly banned multiple times. This is extremely frustrating, and I believe there has been a serious misunderstanding.
To support my claim, I have provided a video evidence that clearly shows my gameplay and behavior during the time of the bans. Additionally, I have also shared the backend software logs that further illustrate the situation. I believe these materials will help you understand that I have not violated any rules or engaged in any inappropriate behavior.
