Run Dxdiag in the windows search bar.. then there will a button in the middle to export a Dxdiag.txt.. If you dont know how just use google u can find it in an instant (you dont have to)

Ok, here is the Dxdiag.txt file.
I tried lowering video settings and made sure there were no other unnecessary applications running in the background, but the game still crashed just like before.
