What kind of information i should provide to ToS team
Hello. Thank you for checking my post. I get banned 4 months before and i'm trying to retrieve my account by keep sending inquiry and raising dispute. As i use all 3 chances to dispute, they reply me with automatic reply that says never expect further responses. However, i'm keep trying to explain my situation and provide all the information i can offer more than 40 times until now. Still, there is no progress in case therefore i want to ask you which information i should provide will effectively resolve this case.
I requested my EA data and tried to prove my IP address suddenly changed but it didn't work though.
Above all, do they check my information i keep giving even after the automatic reply?
