now as someone who has never been banned this is probably the only info I can give you so I hope it somewhat puts you at ease. With a game as big as this it takes a while for their teams to get round to everyone. try reaching out on twitter to the help team if you haven't already other than this really all I can give is wait for a proper response from one of the team. Sorry I couldn't be much more help
