when i quit apex my computer can't shut down or restart!

I’v been searched quite long but can't figure out solutions. ORIGIN also can't be shut down normally. EVEN i can't launch other applications! when i try to restart the game it came out something ...

@Godisbullen i tried but it didn't work. Actually i want to know how to fix my computer with this can't-shuttingdown problem.

@EdmundZY2580Are there a process running the prevents the PC from shutdown?

If that's the case, you could solve it by adding a scheduled task (as admin), based on the log created while shutting off the game. Create a small batch file to be run when the task is triggered with something like:

taskkill /f /im nameofprocess.exe

@Godisbullen i can't find any likely process(like apex,easyanticheat).Can you tell me how to find the log file?

  If there are a process running that's preventing the PC from shutting down, you should see that the PC is trying to kill that process while turning off the PC.
