I can't buy apex coins

There are definitely a few steps we can try if that pop-up isn't always appearing and doesn't let you complete the purchase when it does.

The quickest things to check in this case would be:

• Make sure Steam Overlay is active
  • Steam settings menu > In-Game
  • "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game" should be on
  • Right-click Apex from your Steam library and select Properties to make sure the overlay is enabled here as well

• Close Apex and Steam
• Right-click Steam and be sure to Run as administrator
• Launch Steam, launch Apex, and see if there's any change

I would also check to make sure you don't have any other overlays enabled such as Discord or Xbox Game Bar. Try disabling those temporarily if they are active at all. It may also help to switch to windowed or borderless windowed before trying again at this point, just to make sure nothing else is potentially interfering with that pop-up.
