When I start apex it appears white screen

If you haven't already can we give the following a try?

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

One day, I opened Apex Legends and wanted to play, but I was met with a white screen. The game opened in windowed mode, and although I could move the window around, nothing loaded. After some testing, I realized that the issue was related to my monitor because I could play just fine on my laptop.

However, when I tried playing on my monitor after some troubleshooting, I managed to load into Apex Legends. I could hear the game sounds and register clicks in the game, but my monitor was stuck displaying my desktop. Although I couldn’t see the game on my monitor, the clicks were still registering in Apex Legends.

If I play around and press Win + P to switch between display modes, the game freezes immediately after it moves to my monitor. The image stays frozen, even though the game is still running in the background.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and I've deleted all overlay programs. Apex Legends worked fine until I downloaded Overwolf. I’ve since deleted Overwolf and other programs, but I still can't get the game to work. It's really frustrating.
