Please try:

Make sure Windows is fully updated.
Check which AMD Adrenalin driver you currently have installed, and make sure you've updated it to the latest stable version.
If you’re already on the latest driver, try a clean reinstall. AMD provides its own AMD Cleanup Utility for removing the existing graphics driver before reinstalling it.
Verify the Apex Legends files through Steam.
If you use any GPU overclocking or undervolting, temporarily revert it to the default settings and test again.
