Where my account ?

What happened to my ID? Why do you need to reapply? Email address [edit: email address removed], username Noct1sz Why when requesting a password reset? Can you explain this and assist me in getting my ID returned if they claim that this ID doesn't exist?

    I don't fully understand what your question is; what problem are you having when you're trying to log in exactly? Could you share a screenshot of your issue?

    When you say "Can you assist me in getting my ID returned", do you mean that you don't have access to your account anymore?
  •  left old ID and right New id but is the same account,where is my old ID?

    I can't make out the images you've shared (They seem to be in 200x131 resolution), but it sounds like you have a second account somewhere, where the email was changed at some point. I'd recommend reaching out to our live support about that; we can't really help with account issues here on the forums, but they should be able to help you find your other account:

    Keep your old ID on hand, they can hopefully use that to find the account you're looking for.

    It's not really a technical issue if you have two accounts, try selecting a different problem category. Try "Manage my account" -> "Can't log in", since you're not able to log in to the right account. That gives me the option to start a chat or send an email to live support, whichever you'd prefer.

    @4e9c7viywfel,

    If you follow the steps I mentioned earlier:

    • Try "Manage my account" -> "Can't log in", since you're not able to log in to the right account.

    Then you should see the option to start a chat under "Other support options".
