Why am I unable to connect to apex legends?

Everytime I get on Apex I load it up and get in a lobby. When I ready up I get in a game, after dropping and getting a  gun I get kicked out of the game. It's really been annoying me cause I've been trying to play for the past 3 days and the new Halloween event just cane out and I can't even play. I've been to the site multiple times and have done everything it says but nothing works. Everyone of my other games work perfectly fine and my internet is fine but I still can't seem to connect
