Why does my apex store/lobby lag?

When i purchase apex coins it shows Up but dont give me the message, when i spend them It doesn't say ive used the coins till i leavw to the menu screen. I got a Error on my menu screen Yesterday and it said 'corrupted Packet flow' or something like that, im on ps4 and Im not sure why its doing that.

@Phoebe1133 Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

Power cycle the PlayStation console

Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.

Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.

Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

After the recent updates My lobby screen gets laggy alot when moving the cursor and Im having a big issue with ny EA games Right now. I made another question about it, but the lobby is still slow when moving the cursor and it will get stuck then work after but it happened quite a bit, but now i cant even Play apex.
