The EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with account-related issues, such as bans.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

@OldTreeCreeper I've tried this but they only decline my dispute/appeal please help us unban/unsuspend our accounts because its every stress full to see how much we've put a lot of effort into the game and this suddenly ban just because of little mistakes over some toxic players.

If the TOS team decides to uphold the action then it's most likely a permanent decision.
I know it sucks, though the users on this forum cannot assist with account issues at all.
So if the TOS team has decided that this is the proper course of action, it sadly enough means that this is how it'll be.
