Why playing on the servers of Japan throws on the servers of America

Hello everyone, I play in Japan, ping on servers 40, but 70% of the games throws on the senrver, which lags, there is a loss of packets and a ping of 200+ according to checks, the server itself is located in America, Tech support EA Russian simply closes requests without even answering. I don’t know how to solve the problem, Ea's services in Russia are simply disgusting, so I write on the English-language forum in the hope of hearing an adequate solution to the problem
I also contacted my ISP, they say we can't do anything else, since the servers are in America and this is a normal ping
