Same problem here

Try the following:

1. Go to help.ea.com.

2. Select sign in (or log out first if already logged in with an account).

3. Select your gamertag/psn as login method instead of mail/password.

Follow the steps from there on. This should link a new made EA account to your gamertag/psn if you haven't done this before in the past.

I’m having the same problem on Xbox as well. There’s no way to link it to my Xbox one and apex
