wont connect me to mixtape server

@hellaaaa I have the same problem both in mixtape and ranked(with abandon penalty every time), though seems like I went from 2 of 5 games with errors to 1 of 10 or less by setting static ip and turning on dmz, as well as doing this guide just in case. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2540415565

If you have it in ranked or pubs, you can try alt+f4 on code net and launch the game again, it will reconnect if your team is alive, this works for me 100%. Does not work for mixtape though.
