What happens when the bug occurs? When opening the game, the title screen loads and asked you to click the left mouse button to continue. Once clicked, it will go to a loading screen, then revert you back to the previous screen.
What should be happening instead? It should load into the lobby.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Download Apex Legends from Steam, install the game, and run the game. These are the exact steps I followed to do this, and the result is the same.
I downloaded Apex Legends from Steam and on the first run the game will go load past the main title page. I logged into my EA Account within Apex, the game when to a loading screen for about five seconds, then reverted back to the title screen. Every time I relaunch the game, it behaves the same. I cannot get into the lobby page at all.
Things I have tried:
1) Uninstalled all game files and re-installed
2) Run cmd as administrator, perform "ipconfig /flushdns"
3) Clearing all Origin cache files in %AppData% and %ProgramData%/Origin
4) Uninstalling Origin and all related files
5) Clear download cache in Steam - when I perform this action and launch the game again, it will ask me relogin to my EA Account or Register for a new account.
6) A fix that I see in the forums - unplug a USB drive
