Worst support Ever

i have a problem in my account, several badges are missing, been playing on and off for 6 years, just 3 days ago i got my first heirloom.

Every time  i contacted the support and spoke with a human agent (multiple times) they say we are working on the problem and next thing i know case is closed with no help at all? who do i ask then? 

and now I'm trying to contact the support again the bot keeps directing me to here? where is the help here? what do i do here? how can i get my badges back in here?

and why would u even close the case without helping me?
