IBefore season 11 split I hit diamond for the first time. After split I was placed in gold 2 with no diamond badge or trail. Contacted ea support via text chat and got an email response from ea help. I play on pc/ steam. Logged into two different pcs. The problem has been isolated as an account issue. Cannot fix on my end. Please help.

@TacticHavoc Each split includes a "soft reset" which will drop you 1.5 ranks. If you'd just hit Diamond IV before the split, that 1.5 ranks would drop you back to a Gold II to start the next split. There is a bit more about Ranked here if you'd like to go through some extra info.

Each split includes a "soft reset" which will drop you 1.5 ranks.

If you'd just hit Diamond IV before the split, that 1.5 ranks would drop you back to a Gold II to start the next split.

Just to clarify, you mention this happened back during the Season 11 split. That would have been back in December of last year, is that right?

Or were you referring to the more recent Season 12 split from last month?

Do keep in mind you wouldn't receive those ranked rewards until the season ends, not just the split. You would then be able to use the trail for the next season.

If this happened with the split last month, you won't be seeing the rewards yet as the current season has not ended, however you should see them show up in-game with the upcoming season.

If this was during the Season 11 split back in December that will limit what we're able to investigate due to how much time has passed, but please create a bug report here so we can gather as much information as possible to investigate, thanks!

Thanks for clarifying!

That's good news in that case, as Season 12 is still ongoing so you wouldn't have received those rewards from the split just yet.

Once this season ends you'll get the trail and badge for the highest rank you reached in either split, congrats on hitting Diamond! 🙌

Thank you. But I was placed in gold 2 after the split. So that’s still a problem
