If you have already appealed multiple times with our Terms of Service team, that full investigation has taken place.

If they have declined to remove a penalty after multiple appeals, I'm afraid that will be final and cannot be changed through any other channels either.

Here on the EA Forums, ban appeals cannot be assisted with, as this is a community space.
The only way of appealing this ban is to contact the EA TOS Team: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Keep in mind that you can appeal a maximum of 3 times before the decision is completely final and cannot be appealed anymore. A
As you mentioned, you sent in 2 formal appeals, this means that you can still try one more time, though if they decide to uphold the ban after that, then sadly enough nothing can be done to change the fact.

I also want to understand more clearly what exactly caused the ban. The response I got mentioned a violation of Section 6 of the User Agreement, but I’ve reviewed it and I don't believe I violated any of those rules.
