If you have already appealed multiple times with our Terms of Service team, that full investigation has taken place.

If they have declined to remove a penalty after multiple appeals, I'm afraid that will be final and cannot be changed through any other channels either.

Got it, thanks. But where exactly can I find my gameplay stats like KD, total damage, and other match records? I really need those to support my case and show that I wasn’t cheating.

You can download all data EA has collected on you via this page: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/downloaddata/index
Not sure if this will include gameplay statistics, though hopefully it does so you can use it.

As for the exact violation, that's up to EA to disclose, I would not know nor anyone else on these forums, so you'd have to reach out to the TOS Team for that.
