Hi, I requested a personal data export from the EA data portal on May 29, but the status is still showing as “Preparing” and I haven’t received any download email.Could you please check if my request is stuck or failed? I need the data to support my ongoing account appeal. Thank you!

We wouldn't be able to verify that on the forums, but the link on the download page also directs you to this EA Help page if you're running into any trouble with a data request.
This page also goes into more detail regarding what type of information is included with the download, which may be worth reviewing. There's an additional section at the bottom of the page with a direct link to speak with the support team if you're still having any issues with that process.
Just to be clear, this would not have any impact on what our Terms of Service team reviews in an appeal, as they'd already have all the relevant records and data to review on their end.
