Wrongfully Banned

The last time I logged into Apex was at an internet cafe on October 4th. I personally did not log into the game at all until October 31st. However, a lot of game records and login IPs suddenly appeared on my account, and it was banned on October 30th. Because of this, I'm certain that my account was maliciously stolen and used for cheating. I submitted an appeal to EA Help. The first time, I didn't include attachments because I thought officials could check my records, but the support rejected my appeal. So, for the second appeal, I submitted my account's recent login information, which clearly showed multiple IP changes. However, support directly refused it again. My bound Steam account also shows multiple game refund records that I did not personally initiate. Now, when I try to submit another appeal, the page shows that the case was not created. Could this be a bug with EA's page? I hope the relevant staff can look into this and resolve my issue as soon as possible

BOOSGGH It is recommended to never log into any of your accounts while using an open Wi-Fi connection and/or one you do not trust.

EA Account bans cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to contact the EA TOS Team.

Note: Each player can only appeal their EA Account ban up to 3 times. If a player is not unbanned after their 3rd appeal, then that does sadly means that the ban will be up held.

If appealing through the official channel had worked, I wouldn't have come to the forum. Can you understand how I feel? My Apex account, which I've played for so long, got banned just because I didn't log in for a while. I provided evidence when I appealed, but EA just dismissed my case without a proper review.

BOOSGGH I'd be pretty frustrated as well, so yes, I understand how you feel.

However, the official channels is the only way to appeal the ban.

That sounds like your EA Account was temporarily disabled, (not banned) for inactivity, which if it was:

I understand how you feel and yes it sucks that your account is banned.

Have you tried going through EA help to get the account re-secured and safe since you claim it has been hacked?

Have you gotten the associated e-mail account re-secured?

You need to do these steps FIRST before you submit a ticket regarding the ban.

Did you read the Account security in in the link provided by Midnight9746 ? That should have all the info and links you need.

If you use internet Cafe's for private stuff. That is on you but you might as well be handing out your personal information, passwords and login/usernames to everyone at that point. Internet cafe's are NOT SAFE.

However the bottom line is here on the Forum we (everyone here) cannot assist with account actions, bans etc except for providing advise and pointing you in the right direction.
