Wrongfully banned

So, I've played Apex basically since the game released on Xbox. I got my PC like a month ago, downloaded Apex, and during my first game, I got banned for "cheating," but I wasn't. I've made around 3 appeals so far and still haven't been unbanned. I was wondering if there is something else I can do to help solve my wrongful ban.

If you've been appealing with these steps, that would be going to our Terms of Service team to investigate. I'm afraid that would be the only path to have a ban looked into further, as we're not able to review or remove them via the forums.

You're certainly welcome to appeal again to have a different member of the ToS team take a look (these are reviewed by humans, though they may use templates to let you know the outcome), but otherwise there aren't any separate channels or other actions to have this reviewed a different way.

Thanks for the helpI was also wondering if the games like ban software false bans razer mouse’s because that is the only thing that i could think of that could of got me bannd.

I think it's possible. My account was banned a while back, too. I use a Razer DeathAdder mouse.

I can't speak for what actually resulted in this action, but that software itself is fairly common, so in many cases that would come down to how it was being used. Some similar programs will let you assign macros to mouse buttons, if for example something was set up to perform a series of actions with a single click (via macro) that normally would take multiple key/button presses, that activity could potentially be a violation.

It would be more about how the program is being used than having the program itself, as again, that's a fairly common bit of software that by itself isn't likely to be the issue.
