Wrongfully Banned
Apex Legends account Wrongfully banned,
Hello, I am a long outstanding customer and was wrongfully banned. I was banned for said “hateful conduct” when it’s physically impossible to have hateful conduct when I had no microphone for all of last week. If there is physical text I’d like to see this. (Because there isn’t)
After spending upwards of 30 hours a week grinding to diamond 2, and at the cusps of Masters. This couldn’t have happened at a worse time. I am really disappointed in the team at EA respawn. The team at EA Respawn should be reviewing these cases with a human element and not be 100% AI.
This system is corrupt because it gives the players all the power to hurt someone like me who is an honest paying customer. Because they can mass report whenever they lose blaming their teammates.
Except in this case, this isn’t the first time. The server is full of toxicity yet here I am getting banned without even a microphone plugged in. Shameless.
I have submitted a case but no response as of yesterday. If something cannot be fixed/solved soon I will be seeking monetary damages because I have spent over 3-4 thousand dollars on this game. I have nearly 10 heirlooms, this is crazy.

Please be sure to check your inbox or case history page for a reply from our Terms of Service team about 7 hours ago, as it does indeed contain the text that led to this account action.
If you still believe the ban was placed on the account incorrectly after that point, you're welcome to create an additional appeal to request that the ToS team take another look, however that is not something we'll be able to review or change here on the forums.
