XBOX Connection Issues

I am constantly unable to connect to servers. When I do get into a game I either get stuck on the loading screen after we choose our characters or stuck when I’m trying to head back to the lobby.

 

Things I’ve done to try to fix the issue:

  1. Clear my MAC address.

  2. Uninstall and reinstall (done Sunday).

  3. Removed all Epic or animated items from any character even if I'm not using them.

Any other ideas to get this fixed would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi, what system are you on?

    A patch was deployed shortly before your post to address the issue where you get stuck on character select, has it happened since? Do you still get the return to lobby issue? Does it freeze or just kick you?

    I played last night and I had no issues at all. I will not be back on until tomorrow but I can update then!
