XBOX Controller Stick Drifting

I've been having an issue with the left/move stick on the Elite controller with drifting to the right without input. I've also confirmed this with two others, one with an Elite and one with an S controller. Testing with the deadzone settings and that didn't help. It affects both in lobby and in-game where it'll continue moving when there's no input. This doesn't happen in any other game.

Mine too, on Ps4. New controller.
The ALC also has multiple other issues with catching deadzone and slowing my sensitivity during full 180 turns mid-game often.
This makes it very difficult to play high competitive games.
I have tried tweaking it in different ways but it always seems to happen so i can't use it.
