[Xbox] I'm missing Starter Pack and Founder's Pack Skins

Howdy!!

So I noticed all the Founder's and Starter Pack skins and Badges are now locked. I bought both and had the badges a few days ago and now they are gone. I still have the credits that came with it though so I'm not sure what's going on there.

Not a super important technical issue since its cosmetics, but it would be nice to have the skins and badges back when you get a chance.
