XBOX ONE : Apex Legends Crashing on Starting Menu

Every time i start up the game i get to the main menu and then my game will crash when i click A to get into the game. The game doesn’t crash when i’m on a second account only my account. My ac...

Are you getting any error messages when the game crashes? If so, what's the full error you've been seeing?

Hello,
It doesn’t show an error message, just straight back to the xbox dashboard
