XBOX One, Can't Download Apex Legends

I've been having trouble downloading Apex Legends on my XBOX One. Every time I've tried to download the game, the download stops. The furthest I've gotten is about 60% downloaded and then it stops. After the first attempt the system tries again, and the same things happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my xbox, and I reset my xbox twice and the same thing keeps happening. If anyone has any advice, I'd be very appreciative.

    So, I disconnected my external hard drive which had the game cache on it. Now I'm downloading the game to my internal hard drive. Hopefully, since it's a new cache that there won't be any problems.

    I use a 2Tb external hard drive and I've only used 62.4% of it.

    I've tried that and the cache comes up in my download queue and tries to install it.

    Can you unplug the xbox and then restart, then try to install apex on the internal drive?

    It might be an issue with the external drive, if the problem is at your end.

    Failing that, do you have a second gamer tag on the xbox that you could try to download the game with?

    I'm moving the files I do have to my internal drive and try reinstalling. It's going to take me about 28 minutes.
