XBOX One, Can't Download Apex Legends

I've been having trouble downloading Apex Legends on my XBOX One. Every time I've tried to download the game, the download stops. The furthest I've gotten is about 60% downloaded and then it stops. A...

    So, I disconnected my external hard drive which had the game cache on it. Now I'm downloading the game to my internal hard drive. Hopefully, since it's a new cache that there won't be any problems.

Have you tried unplugging the xbox for a minute or 2 to clear the cashe?

    I've tried that and the cache comes up in my download queue and tries to install it.
