Xbox: Profile not permitted to play online
I have 2 Xboxes and I have logged my account on both. I played a couple of games on one of them, then when I wanted to use my main one to play it kept showing me “account not permitted to play online...

i have also tried factory resetting my Xbox that had the issue. I also enabled login verification of my account. Nothing works.
my other Xbox continues to allow me to play this game. My main Xbox just doesn’t work.
could someone pls help me with this? Thanks so much
