Xbox series X/S input lag Apex Legends

Hello, I get an icon every minute and a half to two minutes stating there is input lag. However I don’t have this issue on PC or on other people’s internet. It is only on Xbox no matter series S or X. It makes it so I rubber band and makes the game unplayable. I have reset my router to default settings, set my tv to game mode, used wireless and wired connections. I’m not sure what else to do at this point. It’s only happening on Apex Legends. Not on other Xbox Series S/X games. I have tried Overwatch 2 and there is no lag or input lag on there. Could it be my TV causing the issue still? Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks so much.
