XBOX X - cant get past the Apex sign

Basically, I have two issues. First, when loading into games it is incredibly laggy and usually, I am kicked from the loading screen to an error message(Connection to server timed out (code:net) Signon: Full. ea.com/unable). Next issue on the off chance I do manage to load in I have 900 ping which does fluctuate but it stays around there and even my main menus lag. The ping issue isn't seen anywhere else on my pc or other games just Apex and i used to be able to play perfectly fine without these issues. They appeared a few months ago and they made me stop playing the game but I came back this week hoping a newer update would have addressed the issue but clearly not as I'm still having to deal with all this. I've tried many troubleshooting methods and all the ones the live chat team could provide this is sort of my last hope otherwise I will have wasted money on a game I can no longer play.
